The suppliers of equipment and technological lines used in production processes are renowned manufacturers supplying the pharmaceutical market – IMA, HDG, Grünbeck.
Thanks to modern machines, we are effective, precise and reliable. The implementation of modern technological solutions allows us to fulfill orders for various formulations and application forms.
ICHEM also offers research and development services. As a result of the implementation of projects co-financed by the European Union, the Company acquired modern R&D equipment enabling research on preparations in various forms. They are performed in accordance with applicable formal and legal requirements, using pharmacopoeial methods and ISO standards. Tests can be performed as part of a production order or as a separate service.
According to our clients’ needs, we perform tests in a very wide range. Both raw materials and finished products are subject to detailed tests carried out by our laboratories:
- quality control,
- microbiological,
- research and development.
We use modern instrumental and research methods,
such as: HPLC, UV, PCR.
We examine, among others:
- tablet parameters (measurement of weight, hardness, thickness and diameter/length, disintegration time, abrasiveness)
- release of the drug substance from the drug form
- checking the tightness of packaging
- content of active ingredients in the product
- durability of products in climatic chambers (aging tests).
