Yes, we have ready-made, proven recipes in our portfolio that we offer to our clients. We can also develop individual formulas according to the customer’s needs and expectations.
Who controls dietary supplements on the Polish market and do you need a permit to produce them?
Dietary supplements are subject to control by the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. Their production requires compliance with relevant legal regulations, as well as reporting the plant to the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. Additionally, dietary supplements must be reported to the GIS and have appropriate labeling in accordance with applicable law.
Is it possible to personalize dietary supplement packaging for your own brand?
Yes, we offer a private label service, which means that we can adapt the packaging of dietary supplements to the customer’s requirements and preferences, including his own brand.
Can you tablet technologically burdensome raw materials?
It all depends on the recipe. We do not have the option of wet granulation, but we are always happy to check the recipe and assess our capabilities in this area.
Do you produce products in line with the ‘clean label’ trend?
We produce products free of excipients or with excipients that allow them to maintain the so-called “clean label” – clean label. Each time, our R&D department evaluates the technological composition of the product, based on which we make an appropriate recommendation.
I have my own raw material/liquid for bottling. Can you encapsulate it, pouch it or pour it into bottles?
Yes. The procedure involves examining your raw materials or liquid for microbiological contamination and possibly other tests. If the raw material/product meets all the requirements set by our quality department, there are no obstacles to encapsulation, sacheting or bottling.
Do you pack in glass jars?
Yes, we are able to pack your products in glass and plastic jars.
How do you secure the jars to ensure that the product is well protected?
In the case of jars, we secure them with various sealing inserts. For additional protection, we can also offer the service of applying heat shrink protection to jar caps.
Do you also pouch gels or liquids?
This is how we sachet liquid and semi-liquid formulations.
Do you make double sachets?
In our machinery, we can produce flat sachets in the form of single sachets or double sachets with perforation between the sachets.
How can you guarantee the safety of my product brand?
As part of the contract, we can agree to an exclusivity condition and guarantee that the product will not be released by us under another brand.
Can you produce dietary supplements for animals?
If your company wants to expand its offer to include animal supplements, together with you we are able to develop and produce the product.
I am the owner of a startup, I would like to develop a new, innovative dietary supplement, or do I also have to produce it in your company?
We also undertake research and development work without the need for production. We then work based on a research and development contract.
